FIRE STATION 102 GETS NEW SKIPPER 4/4/06

The Battalion 14 Commanders would like to welcome Captain II John Cappon to Fire Station 102 on the "B" Platoon. John is an 18 year veteran with an excellent background including experience as a Paramedic.
