Recently, Task Force 60 used an empty parking structure as a simulated High Rise building for drilling purposes.
The Captains stood back as the acting Captains ran their respective crews through various above-ground hose-lay scenarios.
In one surprising result, a motivated Pump used a hose lay up a stairwell to get first water over an Engine company deploying a drop bag.
